to raise money for our scholarships and awards
Soroptimist International of Watsonville is raffling a beautiful “DIAMOND STAR” quilt. The Quilt was made by Jan Mitchell and quilted by Anneke Wheaton at The Last Stitch. The quilt is on display at the Central Coast Pack and Ship, 1052 East Lake Avenue, Watsonville. Drop by and take a look!
Tickets are 1 for $5.00, 3 for $10 or 6 for $20. Since we cannot sell raffle tickets online, you may email Betty at firstname.lastname@example.org. She will mail the information and the tickets to you. You need to fill out the ticket stubs with your name, address, and phone number. Mail the completed ticket stubs along with your check payable to S I Watsonville in the envelope provided. The drawing will be held on SEPTEMBER 30, 2020. You need not be present to win.
Chartered in 1928, Soroptimist international of Watsonville is a global volunteer organization that provides women and girls with access to the education and training they need to achieve economic empowerment. Our members are comprised of business and professional women.
Our programs have evolved through the years as our community needs have changed. Currently, our Club focuses on the Dream It, Be It Program, the Live Your Dream Program, and awarding scholarships to local high school graduates in pursuit of higher education. In 2019, our club awarded over $40,000 in local scholarships.
